The Opportunity:
The Wagestream US team is growing! In order to support that expansion, the marketing organization is seeking a motivated field marketing manager that’s ready to roll up their sleeves, and help build demand for Wagestream.
In this exciting environment, the field marketing manager will support both marketing and sales teams with varied client and prospect demand generation activities. These responsibilities span across the production and promotion of webinars, cultivating and executing a regional (NAMER) events calendar, email marketing, direct mail, client interviews and case studies, to the development of sales enablement tools.
This position is a vital piece of the US marketing team as it expands alongside other mission-critical organizations relying on marketing to scale the business.
The Team:
This role will report to the head of marketing for the US and will partner closely with the growing US sales organization.
Applicants should be comfortable — and have experience — rolling up their sleeves, while building structure and processes to scale the function. The candidate will be both a strategist and executor. They move with pace and agility, flexing to the business needs.

What will you be doing?
- Building demand generation using a variety of marketing campaign tactics
- End-to-end management of logistics and execution for all planned events
- Results and metric driven to measure campaign performance
- Serve as a feedback loop to communicate learnings from the field to the marketing and sales teams, in order to evolve messaging and campaigns, as needed
- Create sales enablement materials for sales
- Work with clients and members
- Creative thinker creating and delivering to an integrated campaign model
What experience might you have?
Must-haves: (But if you’re close… we'd still love to talk to you!)
- 5-8+ years experience delivering impactful field marketing campaigns and events
- Proven success in managing field marketing programs for a B2B technology company — ideally, as a manager or specialist in field marketing
- Proven experience developing multichannel field marketing campaigns (digital, in-person and hybrid)
- Hands -on experience with tools like HubSpot CRM, HubSpot CMS and Figma
- Willing to travel 30-50% to regional (NAMER) events
Working Policy:
We operate a hybrid policy with a requirement of 3 days a week in the New York office, with Monday and Thursday being mandatory, in-office days.
Salary:
From $100k to $130k + Bonus + Benefits
